• Demo of existing space

• New drywall partitions for locker room/restroom build out

• New acoustical ceilings in locker room/restrooms

• Reframe existing ceiling grid in the fitness center to accept new light fixtures throughout

• New plumbing for restroom showers, toilets, and sinks

• Paint throughout locker room, restrooms and fitness center

• Install new toilet partitions, restroom accessories, and lockers

• Install ceramic floor and wall tile in restrooms

• Install resilient athletic flooring and base throughout fitness center

• Install vanities and stone countertops in restrooms

• Install electrical and rework HVAC system as necessary to accommodate space

• Install fire alarm and sprinkler system to maintain proper coverage per city codes
